The Royal Blues Collection contains images and are named with affirmations that helped me get through my experiences with depression. It is a way for me to honor my sadness and the magic that I can find even in the darkness.

“Affirmation: I give myself permission to grow & change” is an original 30×40 painting that speaks to allowing creating room for ourselves to evolve, just like a butterfly. A figure sits on a pile of books (a symbol of learning) and holds their hands out as rose petals are caught on the wing. The rose petals are a symbol of letting go of who we used to be, so we may become our favorite self. All sales are final. Artist retains all copyrights.
